Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
1.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes are:

New Zealand (Urban): 2–5 business days after dispatch

New Zealand (Rural): 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please note these are estimates only — once parcels are in transit, delays may occur beyond our control (e.g., courier backlogs, weather events, or customs delays).
1.3 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated on our website.

Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items, or for delivery to rural addresses.
1.4 Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
1.5 Tracking
Most orders include a tracking number. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at tangi@wikogearlimited.store and we will assist you in following up with the courier.
1.6 Lost or Delayed Orders
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. A replacement or refund will be offered if the parcel cannot be located after reasonable enquiry.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure).
